The DV52s guitar is designed to capture a "vintage
sound" in a new instrument. The body is solid rosewood with a solid
spruce top, and the top is scallop braced to increase the bass response.
The bridge and fretboard are ebony and the top has a natural abalone
rosette around the sound hole. The DV52S features Guild's nitrocellulose lacquer satin
finish.
